Project Overview

Geishion Supply Chain represents the logistical backbone of a rapidly expanding enterprise. To support their hyper-growth, they required a paradigm shift in how they managed inventory and dispatch across their expansive Northern China hubs.

The reliance on manual sorting and siloed data was creating bottlenecks. Our objective was to implement a fully integrated, AI-driven logistics and supply chain automation suite.

We aimed to modernize their operations by introducing robotic sorting, predictive analytics, and real-time global visibility, transforming their supply chain into a competitive advantage.

Understanding the Vision

The vision for Geishion was to create an intelligent, self-optimizing logistics network. We wanted to move beyond simple tracking and implement predictive capabilities that anticipate demand before it happens.
